Ticket buying top tips
Create an account with your chosen ticket agent
Set up an account with Ticketmaster, See Tickets or AXS in advance. Make sure you know your password and check that your email address and personal details are correct.
Save your payment details
Add your payment card to your account beforehand, where possible. This will save time at checkout and reduce the chance of losing your tickets while entering card details.
Be ready before the on-sale time
Open the correct event page before 9am and be ready to join the queue as soon as it becomes available. Do not wait until 9am to start searching for the event or signing into your account. Once you are in a queue, avoid repeatedly refreshing the page unless the ticket agent specifically tells you to do so, as this could affect your position.
Make the most of the pre-sales
Pre-sales provide additional opportunities to secure tickets before the general sale. Register for every pre-sale you are eligible for, including the ACT III pre-order pre-sale and any venue, O2 Priority, OVO, Co-op or Gigs in Scotland options available for your chosen show. Pre-sales usually have a limited allocation and do not guarantee tickets, but using them gives you more chances to buy.
