Interlude was one of four tracks recorded during Saracuse’s first known studio session at Bedrock Studios in December 1998.

Rather than being a conventional song, Interlude was an instrumental lasting around thirty seconds and consisted of a Rhodes keyboard performance by the band’s original drummer, Ben Kealy. It was recorded alongside What’s Going On, Life Of Luxury and Shine On as part of Saracuse’s first studio demo.

The four tracks were recorded live and multi-tracked by Scott Gilbert at Bedrock Studios.

No recording of the track is known to have surfaced.
